How does it work

On arrival at UBC your fitness will be assessed by one of our Physical Training Instructors who will then work you to help achieve your goals.

You'll be encouraged to work to your personal limit, so there's no fear of struggling to keep up with the fittest or being held back by others.

You're then ready for your journey to begin. Throughout the week, you'll burn fat, lose weight, tone up and become physically and mentally stronger. You'll laugh, maybe cry, and probably make some lifelong friends along the way. We'll be there every step of the way to support you.

After a hard day's exercise you'll have the chance to regroup with your fellow recruits and discuss the highs of the day. You'll be staying in luxurious 5 star accommodation so a good night's sleep to recharge your batteries is guaranteed.

Life after camp

Yes there is one, and we're there to help you every step of the way. The UBC aftercare package is designed to continue your empowerment and to maintain results after you leave. Our UBC Members' Area is designed exclusively for our recruits to interact with our dedicated team of nutritional consultants and trainers and access the UBC fitness and nutritional plans and resources.
