We do not believe in limiting calories unnecessarily in order to drop weight fast. This may work in the very short term but, you simply can't maintain a restricted diet, and so as soon as you return to anywhere near normal eating, you will regain the weight. And more. We also do not believe in removing whole food groups unnecessarily, so dairy and wheat are not off the menu like so many other quick, weight-loss boot camps offer. Weight management is about a lifelong lifestyle approach to food and activity. Quick fixes that sound too good to be true usually are.

What we do believe in is providing the right information to enable you to re-think your diet in a way that is sustainable in the real world. With expert and practical advice, we can show you how to stop dieting and start eating.

Our menus will provide delicious and nutritious food providing the right balance of carbohydrates, protein, fat and the essential vitamins and minerals needed for optimum health.

With us you will be eating three main meals a day together with regular snacks created to maintain your blood sugar levels which results in the consistent energy you need.

To enable you to continue on the path to the new you we stay with you even after your camp experience comes to an end. Our on-line service provides recipes so that you can continue to shape your body and your future and become the very best that you can be.
