Menu Option 1
Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs on rye toast, Fresh fruit smoothie
Lunch:
Grilled chicken with steamed vegetables and brown rice
Dinner
Tomato and rosemary soup, Grilled salmon with watercress and roasted cherry tomatoes
Snacks
Hummous and oatcakes, Dark chocolate

Breakfast:
Natural yoghurt with sliced apple and mixed seeds, Green tea
Lunch:
Mozzarella & tomato salad with olive oil
Dinner
Minestrone soup, Grilled mackerel with spinach and new potatoes
Snacks
Granola bar, Mixed nuts
