The Flora 2009 London Marathon

It was a hot day on 26 April 2009, when Ultimate Boot Camp founder Sam Watts and her husband Danny completed the gruelling 26.2 miles Flora London Marathon.

Here are some of the statistics:

Sam's finish time 5h20m

Dan's finish time 5h38m

Total amount raised for Asthma UK £3,635

Of her first marathon experience Sam says "The whole atmosphere was absolutely amazing.  The support you get from the crowd really spurs you on and motivates you to do your best. I certainly think the boot camp training helped!  I've already applied for the Virgin London Marathon in 2010 so I can improve on my time!"
