Ultimate Boot Camp make noises at The Vitality Show 2009.

Yesterday saw the opening of 2009’s ‘The Vitality Show’ at Earls Court 2, London and UBC were there in full force explaining to the hoards of women bustling to meet the UBC Team exactly what an Ultimate Boot Camp™ experience truly means.

Women (and some men) were put through their paces with one of Jon Stratford’s Ultimate Workouts.  Leaving the stage pumped up and raring to go, one panting woman commented “Although its hard, the way Jon motivates you makes you want to push yourself even harder! ”
